Finalidade é garantir que bares, restaurantes, casas de eventos e similares estejam plenamente capacitados até o 1º trimestre de 2024
A Secretaria de Políticas para a Mulher do Governo de SP publicou nesta terça-feira (3) a Resolução nº 5/2023 que estabelece os prazos para a realização do curso de capacitação aos profissionais de bares, restaurantes, casas noturnas e de eventos dentro do protocolo Não se Cale. O documento estipula que para a primeira capacitação o prazo se inicia hoje e se estende até o 1º trimestre de 2024.
O curso de capacitação oferecido pelo Governo do Estado de São Paulo de forma virtual, gratuita, conforme calendário estipulado de acordo com os segmentos tem três prazos distintos conforme as turmas. Primeira turma, com bares, casas noturnas, boates e atividades similares, prazo de 90 dias. A segunda turma, com restaurantes e atividades similares, prazo de 120 dias. Na terceira turma, a ser aberta em breve, estabelecimentos anteriores e demais casas ou local de eventos, casas de espetáculos, empresas organizadoras de eventos e atividades similares, além de profissionais da segurança, saúde, assistência social e transporte urbano, prazo de 150 dias.
As diretrizes complementam a Lei 17.635, de 17 de fevereiro de 2023 e o Decreto 67.856, de 1 de agosto de 2023. Até o momento, 14,5 mil já se inscreveram nas primeiras turmas abertas para adaptação e mobilização do setor.
Além dos prazos para o curso de capacitação, o estabelecimento deverá colocar em local visível o cartaz com informações sobre o protocolo Não se Cale, com QR Code. Se preferir, o estabelecimento pode adotar o cartaz eletrônico. Tudo conforme as normas estipuladas na resolução disponível no site: www.mulher.sp.gov.br/naosecale.
