Minas Gerais registrou, em 2023, saldo de 140.836 empregos com carteira assinada, resultado da admissão de 2.587.613 trabalhadores e do desligamento de 2.446.777 no período, segundo dados do Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados (Caged), divulgados nesta terça-feira (30/1) pelo Ministério do Trabalho.
O estado ficou com o terceiro melhor saldo positivo de empregos formais, ficando atrás apenas de São Paulo (390.719) e do Rio de Janeiro (160.570).
Segundo Amanda Carvalho, diretora de Monitoramento e Articulação de Oportunidades de Trabalho da Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social de Minas Gerais (Sedese-MG), o alto investimento atraído pelo Governo de Minas reforça o momento favorável aos mineiros.
“Só em 2023, o Governo de Minas atingiu a marca de mais de R$ 114 bilhões de investimentos atraídos. No período, foram assinados protocolos de investimentos de 189 projetos que prevêem a geração de cerca de 55 mil empregos permanentes em várias regiões de Minas Gerais”, ressaltou.
“Desde 2019, o Governo de Minas vem atuado com o objetivo de proporcionar um crescimento econômico sustentável na geração de empregos, por meio da atração de investimentos em diversos municípios, com vistas a impulsionar a economia local, implicando assim na melhora de condição de vida dos mineiros”, afirma a diretora da Sedese.
Dezembro
Ainda segundo dados do Caged, no mês de dezembro do ano passado, Minas computou saldo negativo de 46.510 empregos, com 162.415 admissões e 208.925 desligamentos. No entanto, em relação a dezembro de 2022, estadp gerou 1.818 postos de trabalho a mais.
O estado segue como o segundo com maior estoque de empregos (4.612.058) do país, atrás somente de São Paulo (13.478.842). O estoque representa a quantidade de pessoas com carteira assinada, empregada tanto no setor público quanto no privado.
Setores
Numa análise setorial ao longo de 2023, os cinco grandes grupamentos econômicos registraram desempenho positivo em Minas. Serviços liderou, com a geração de 87.544 novos postos, seguido por Comércio (23.446), Indústria (15.143), Construção (13.513) e Agropecuária (1.193).
Trabalhadores dos Serviços, Vendedores do Comércio em Lojas e Mercados são os que apresentaram maior saldo no acumulado de janeiro a dezembro, com 52.762 empregos gerados. Sobre o perfil dos empregados, houve um maior número de contratações para mulheres de 18 a 24 anos, com ensino médio completo.
Números do país
Minas Gerais contribuiu para os números positivos do Brasil, que registrou saldo positivo de 1.483.598 de empregos formais em 2023. No acumulado do ano, foram registradas 23.257.812 admissões e 21.774.214 desligamentos.
O maior crescimento do emprego formal ocorreu também no setor de Serviços, com a criação de 886.256 postos de trabalho. Na sequência, vieram Comércio (276.528), Indústria (127.145) e Agropecuária (34.762). O salário médio de admissão foi R$ 2.037,94.
Por região, as maiores gerações ocorreram no Sudeste, (726.327), Nordeste (298.188) e Sul (197.659). O maior crescimento percentualmente foi verificado no Nordeste, 5,2%, com geração de 106.375 postos no ano.
Diferentemente de Minas, a maioria das vagas criadas em 2023 no país foram preenchidas por homens (840.740). Mulheres ocuparam 642.892 novos postos. A faixa etária com maior saldo foi a de 18 a 24 anos, com 1.158.532 postos.
Assim como Minas, o país registrou saldo negativo na análise somente de dezembro. Foram 1.502.563 admissões e 1.932.722 demissões, resultando em um saldo negativo de 430.159 postos de trabalho com carteira assinada, segundo o Caged. (Com Agência Brasil)
