Uma cerimônia no auditório do Cephas (Colégio de Educação Profissional Hélio Augusto de Souza), nesta quinta-feira (14), recebeu a primeira turma do Certifica Cephas.
O programa avalia, reconhece e certifica profissionais de São José dos Campos que já exercem determinadas atividades e necessitam da certificação para exercício profissional, inserção ou reinserção no mercado de trabalho. A ação está prevista no Plano de Governo Municipal 2021/2024.
O sonho de ter um certificado profissional virou realidade para os 16 profissionais de diferentes áreas que receberam os certificados válidos pelo MEC (Ministério da Educação).
Processo
Para obterem a certificação, os candidatos passaram por etapas de avaliação, iniciando com uma entrevista para levantamento da história profissional e educacional. Em seguida, foram feitas atividades teóricas e práticas para verificar as competências profissionais.
Cada candidato teve acompanhamento individual para avaliar o desempenho das atividades.
Foram certificados Eletricista Instalador Predial de Baixa Tensão, Pedreiro, Porteiro e Vigia, Pizzaiolo e Recreador.
Sonho realizado
Carlos Santos, de 50 anos, fez o processo para a função de Recreador. Para ele, o Certifica é um diferencial. “O certificado é válido em todo o Brasil, vou poder apresentar quando eu estiver trabalhando como autônomo para as empresas que vou prestar serviço”.

Nilson Laurindo, de 58 anos, trabalha como eletricista há 27 anos. Porém, não tem nenhum registro em carteira. “Por esse motivo que eu achei bacana essa certificação, para dar um respaldo. Eu já perdi algumas oportunidades por não ter como comprovar em carteira que eu era eletricista. O curso foi muito bom, proveitoso”.

“Facilita na hora da entrevista, na contratação e abre as portas para o mercado de trabalho”, comemorou Arnaldo Lima, 31 anos, que fez a certificação para Porteiro e Vigia.

E teve profissional que fez ‘dobradinha’. Diogo de Souza, participou do processo de certificação para Eletricista e Pedreiro. “Foi gratificante. Vai me ajudar muito profissionalmente”.

“Foi muito produtivo e positivo. Todos saíram daqui satisfeitos com o reconhecimento das habilidades que já tinham, mas que agora tem no papel”, disse Ruth Zorneta, diretora do Cephas.
